The customers who are unsatisfied with the quality of service of the invoice maker or the plan they have bought can follow the set procedures to claim a refund. All the visitors are advised to go through this refund policy before purchasing any plan from our invoice maker.

Return

If you are uninterested in continuing using our service and want to make a return, you can request it within 30 days of the purchase.

Process

To claim a refund for your plan, the users can use the Contact Us form of Invoice-maker.org. While filling out this form, the users are required to mention “Refund My Plan” in the subject field. Our support team will inform you and start processing your request as soon as it gets to their notice.

Refund

Our support team will assess your request and analyze whether you qualify for getting a refund. The payment will be processed and returned to the account from where it was initiated within 5 to 7 working days.

The Refund request can be made within 30 days of purchase.

Invoice-maker.org won’t be responsible for refunds or disputes arising after 30 days.

1. The plans purchased without auto-renewal don’t qualify for a refund.

2. The annual plans won’t be refunded in any case.

3. The plans purchased at discounted prices or promotions are totally non-refundable.

Repayment Conditions

The refund amount will be transferred directly to the same banking account through which it arrived for the purchase of the plan. Your plan will be assessed, and the decision will be made about whether your request qualifies for the refund or not. The refund amount you’ll receive will be after the deduction of bank charges.

Manual Cancelation

The users who wish to cancel their subscription needs to follow the procedure set by Invoice-maker.org.

  • You can cancel the subscription from your profile.
  • You can use the Contact Us form to cancel your subscription. This option usually takes 2-3 working days to process your cancellation request.
Cancellation of Service

Invoice-maker.org reserves the right to cancel the subscription of any user without any prior notification under the following circumstances:

  • A user breaks the terms and conditions of Invoice-maker.org.
  • A user deviates from the set usage patterns formulated by Invoice-maker.org.
  • A user tries to wreak damages to the work or reputation of Invoice-maker.org.
  • In response to a request received by customer support.
  • In response to the abuse requests received from law enforcement agencies concerning the actions of a user.
